Confidence, why the lack of it?

people who lack it, often walk with their vision facing the floor, even when they are in transportation, they will not look anywhere but down.

or they (for ladies) avoid to wear Low-Cut clothes, even if they do, they still wear something inside showing just the design but no assets.

 the massage steps are pretty simple

it's being featured in one of the television shows before..

on channel 8 on wednesday 1220pm..if i didn't remember wrongly it should be last wednesday..
