All I want For Xmas Is...
All I Want For Christmas Is to Find a Good House I Like. It seems the Houses I have Rented lately
have turned out to have Problems.
Why Don't the Landlords want to keep their Properties maintained?
Don't they want to keep them
as a long term investment?
Well I'm going to break down
and buy a house this year.
I try to stay Debt Free.
I find it to be less stressful.
Try it sometime, not having to worry about a car payment, High Credit Card bill.
There is nothing like cash in Your hand.
Waiting until you have all the money
to pay for the new things you want.
NO one comes Knocking at your door,
Ringing on your phone.
The Dread of picking up your
Bills at the Mail Box.
Can you Hear the PEACE and Quite YET?
Shopping in Bulk, keeping things stocked up.
Only Buying Food when it goes on case lot sales.

 Since the wife left i'm finally starting to crawl out of the hole,don't mind the house payment because it's like paying rent but i can do what i want and the car payment isn't bad because of the warrenty.Hang in there,remember it's easier to get in debt than out and i'm proof of that LOL.

 I know how you feel about bills, right now other than utilities all I have is my house payment and a small loan for new windows, but I think it is getting to the point that I need to get a new vehicle but do not want the payments, besides that I also still need to finnish remodeling my house and put siding on and if I get a new vehicle the payment will cut into how much I can do to my house every month.

So hang in there I am sure that you will make the right decisions that fits your needs.

 I'm working on that whole budget thing now so I gotta stay out've walmart coz my money starts talkin to me whenever I'm in there and the buying by bulk is something I will be doing in the near future future
