Set not plans for Love
Set not plans and maps for future
Time easy crush Dreams which you nurture
Love's by-ways and paths become ever more tangled
Further down Time's path you have angled
Project consider but never believe
For what Time appoint Time relieve
Casting sane beings into world of shadow and doubt
No answers provided to your maddening shout
Not for any of anger hope love or pride
Does Time undo or history set aside
The pillars of future laid on roots of past
And if roots are rotten future shall not last
Eaten away and down and gone
Into darkness plunge delights on which Sun once shone
Our guiding point must be self belief
that in love and companionship find relief
From treadmill quickening of Time's pace
Until no Time you have for thought's grace
A headlong rush into corners desperate and dark
Still pursuing love's eternal redeeming spark
And if this enlightening spark you cannot capture
Then how in Time will you find your rapture.
