Mind and Soul Surge Beyond
Into the middle we leap
as disjointed as dream disturbed sleep
our bodies against each other press
we are lost for more or less
our thoughts begin to narrow
as a touch becomes a sensual arrow
turning a breath into a moan
so glad to extinguish chill of being alone
as kisses bruise soft sensual skin
as line between emotions and sensations thin
we are carnal in our endeavours
wishing this could be for-evers
a kiss hanging strung in space
beauty of ecstasy caught upon your face
and yet these sensations are bound
by the level of interaction of our bodies sound
a physical reaction to heated caress
and so much more to this we might confess
physical limits mind and soul surge beyond
what was simple life is simply gone
in tasting pleasure our thoughts move
in this other found a matching groove
as if a conversation had aligned
a conversation covering all place and time
seems the closest we shall ever be
to knowing someone as complete as own me
ourselves we find the answer in the other
if we are wind and sail they are our rudder
together facing storms and random life
facing joys challenges and fickle strife
all of this remains beyond immediate orbit
of our carnal bodies pleasured joyous audit
the tactile emotions and feelings surging
as these two bodies in fierce passion merging
indicate a counterpoint to the greater spark
when one in love in loving finds the perfect mark.

 we talk of physical joy and expression
of the sex which is a compression
of every kiss and touch learned and known
of how our physical prowess may have grown
and yet to truly sensually reach beyond
the surge of tides and pull of life strong
a mental and spiritual component need
for takes more than physical ecstasy to feed
