Sound of Shadows
The sound of shadows in your voice
believing in fate left no choice
a searing brand in every kiss
the heat and touch could not resist
in these days when Summer done
and shadows deepen as Fall has come
to keep sweet heat we move tight
envelope each other on edge of night
binding tighter than Gordian knot
thoughts aligned as quick as shot
these many ways we self compliment
how you seem to me most excellent
our kisses burst as Krupp's best shells
exposing deep our more passionate selves
the open wounds we carry are scars of pride
as these loving thoughts we refuse to hide
let all the World stop and stare
infected by this madness we do not care

the chill acts of a cruel World we can both forget.
