Apple Peel
Wait for you on the spiral stairs
of the Time going up and gone
those spirals of minutes creating hours
a helix of Time exhausting
our moments are our lives
our lives edged by minutes sharp
slicing away the completeness
the finite block of time we call our
always shaving and spinning
an apple peel of Time descending
and what our lives worth
with out a love of our mine to hold
something which we can give meaning
and which gives meaning to us
gives meaning to our lives
till the helix spins out and expires
the apple peel of Time drops ended.
