one way looking glass one way looking glass This is not a time for amateurs and in Life we are all amateurs till grief proper and raw instructs introduces us to the professional league of life all which went before is Wonderland and lies back through a one way looking glass you can close your eyes be numbness consuming you feel as if every cell is breaking and aching your every thought's existence a travesty for it marks your existence for true grief does not hit true grief does not amputate a limb true grief does not batter you instead true grief is your everything a throbbing ache in every moment a freezing of joy and happiness places you in frozen statis where every hurt is multiplied tenfold and the days stretch grey in a fog of silk threads constricting this grief impales and holds you the moment when grief incurred for a length of time unknown shall be one's constant companion and all the best sentiments all the very best of expressions of support and in support cannot help you carry the grief cradled deep within as much a part of you as your heartbeat the neurons firing in thought your very existence is grief and if in time you find the jaws of grief release and you can wiggle ever so slowly free know grief still remains a shell of barbed graphite beneath all you are and ever be in life you live and in moving beyond grief you truly know life. ah...damn,.....and one might ask, after my torrid posting, what does one do for someone in grief.....and the answer is.......simply be there, and ensure they have food, and time, to collect their senses, till the grief lifts enough for them to begin leading, doing, the routine of life...and further down the track perhaps some joy will return...
