最近因為某些原因
開始嘗試很久沒游的自由式
超級喘的....
換氣一個不小心就嗆到
好痛苦
--------------------------------------
每個禮拜1.3下午5.30都是肌肉教練的教課時間
我都故意挑這時段在肌肉教練旁邊的水道游泳
可以邊看肌肉邊游泳
超級享受的
---------------------------------------
夏天就是要游泳麻 ...
雖然好想去墾丁玩水玩沙做愛(?)

 水中玩?! 我有經驗。

不過，我一年多沒游泳，現在肌肉不見了，明晚該去游泳練一練了。

 自由是不錯，不過游蝶式更好，女生可以練到所有的位置，對愛愛更有幫助

 游泳很好的，不會抑式和蝶式，很久没游泳會喘是正常的，習慣即好了
