For the ladies: Do you prefer show or grow?

Seems lots of guys like to throw up dick pics on their profile. Seems silly to me but maybe that is their only decent feature so they choose to lead with it. It brought the question to my mind of what is appealing to women. So I thought I'd ask a few questions. When it comes to penis types, there are some that hang long and just get hard when stimulated (show), and those that sit small then grow substantially when erect (grow). The show style is preferred for the locker room but how about in the bedroom? What's your preference?

UPDATE: Looks like I should add some personal details. Most guys will be in the "average" bell curve of erect size of 5-8 inches. Being over 6 feet tall, I am obviously at the high end of the scale. However, I am most certainly a grower. I walk around at a mere 2 inches. Once had a girlfriend who really liked feeling me grow in her mouth.
