Frustration

Do you get the frustrated when you start a conversation on Passion and it does not go through and they take away a chat when your a standard member or if you are contacted by a member you also lose a chat all so you can pay.
It used to be 5 chats now it is 3
Just started chatting to a gold member and lost connection and then lost my chat no more chatting for a day
