 Frustrating... that's a good way to put it. LOL. I've had some good and bad times with it off and on through the years. But, yes, few and far between. The worst part is the IM is like shouting in the wind. You're talking, but no one is answering. Then again, I'm a standard member, so can't complain. Good luck.
