Not sure why, cause I had a busy day, cook, clean, chat, blog here, talk to friends. talk to my sister and was busy doing some other work that you guys don't see.

This morning, I sent a message to my friend Matt for his Birthday, It is today. sent him a text simply saying Happy Birthday Sunshine
He was traveling, but he was coming back from CO today. I discreetly ask his Fly number and gate last night. his fly was gonna be here at noon, I got ready and went to the airport, he didn't know I was doing that. it was a surprise. I wanted to take him to a Bday lunch, took the metro there. but boy oh boy, the cold and the wind was just too much for my body. It is freaking freezing.
I got in the metro, a very handsome military guy came over and seat next to me. I look around cause there were a lot of empty seats, but he pick to seat next to me, I figure he was up to something lol, anyhow, we very quickly started to talk, you know me, if I gonna have a handsome man next to me, you bet I gonna talk to him, he wanted to talk me, cause he was all smiles, his name is Michael, told me his last name but don't remember, was originally from PA, here cause of the military.
I ask him, are you allow to wear your uniform anywhere in public or only at work, he say, as long you are not drinking, you are fine, I usually will never wear it on weekends, unless is work related. I said, Oh, I was asking more like in my bedroom Haha, the look on his face was priceless, he said, that I can do Lol
We continue talking, he was showing me how he puts his tag on his boot. even took it off right there, eventually said that he was enjoying the conversation, that he would like to talk more, my stop was coming up, He ask for my number, I said sure. he ask, you are not leaving town, not flying out, are you? I said, I am coming to pick up a friend, he said good, cause I definitely want to talk to you a little more this week. then said, I would walk you to the airport entrance, and then catch the train again, but my meeting is at 1pm, and can't take a chance to be late.
I went to the airport, surprised my friend Matt there, he was very happy, he never expected that I was gonna be there waiting, love the look on his face when he saw me, gave him a big hug, a big kiss and said happy Birthday my friend. He said, why are you here, I say, I'm here for you, he smile, he had his car there at the airport. we went to a nice restaurant, I wanted to treat him for his Bday, but at the end, he wouldn't let me pay. he did. I said what is the fun on that. he said I know you meant to. that is good enough for me. and say thank you.
Over lunch, I told him about the military guy in the metro, he say, you were coming to pick me up, and you pick up a guy on your way here to pick me up. you are a slut, I said, of course my dear and we both laugh. then he drove me home, thanks God cause it was super cold, the pic is of the guy showing me his military tag
That was my day, Looks like I made a new friend. I hope you read my long post.

Good afternoon everyone!!!
Before I go any further, let me say this, this post is not politically, this post is a personal invitation to Passion bloggers. nothing to do with politics. I don't care for who you root for, I care for our friendship in here and helping each other out. just opening the doors to making/meeting new friends in the process, especially taking advantage to the fact that some of our fellow bloggers will be in my area.
As you probably already know, there is going to be an event in Washington, DC this coming January 20th. "Women's March on Washington".
Few bloggers have reached out to me by email saying that they will be attending and would like to meet,
Other bloggers have email me asking information about the area, Hotels, Places and Airports, things like that.
Bill and His wife Pam and another blogger will be here at my house, I have already offer to host them for dinner at my house. and breakfast the next day. that is our plan. they accepted.
I am openly extending the invitation to any other bloggers that will be in the area attending that event. if you wanna join all of us for dinner, the doors of my house (condo) are open for you. you are more than welcome to come by. not matter if we have talk or not in here before. it will be a good way to start.
If you will be attending, and you would like to stop by and join us for dinner at my place, You can privately email me. or email Bill if you like. and we can go from there. I promise to keep your name private if you wish that way. privacy will be respected at all levels. I'm only asking cause I would like to have an idea ahead of time for how many people I will be cooking. and no worries, mi casa es tu casa. I mean that from the bottom of my heart. You are more than welcome here. all appetizers, food and drinks will be provide by the house. you have to bring nothing but yourself, everything will be provide for free

Do you have a New Year Resolution???
Be more pro active. I want to do that, be on time, be on top of things that I need to get done. I need to work my best on that. cause I usually find myself sometimes leaving things for tomorrow. why tomorrow when I can do it today. can't count on tomorrow.
Another, travel to NY by train. admiring all the landscape along the way. I been wanting to do that. also to be at the US Open in NY. I watch that tennis tournament on TV each year. but I would do anything to make it there to watch a tennis match live in NY.
My friend Jay has a condo there in Queens, NY. is provide to him from his job. he lives in VA, has a house here. His office in DC. but travels to NY so often, that his job is renting a condo for him there. we talk about it yesterday that I wanna make the trip. he said this summer, if his job still providing the condo for him there. we both could ride the train. and maybe just maybe, see how we can get tickets to the US open.
Do you have anything that you would like to accomplish or change this coming year???

This is an open forum post, say what you want, wherever is bothering you today or in general. scream if you like. complaint. bitch away, let it out of your chest. but, No PERSONAL ATTACKS Please.
I go first, people and cell phones. pissed me off. they don't want to put the damn phone down for a minute. so many examples to tell. but most recent, today. I went to lunch with my friend Jay, they have a buffet section there. just salads, small buffet. anyhow, the lady ahead of us, stops, puts her plate down, and starts checking her face planet page. starts sending messages, holding everyone behind her. at first, I didn't know was what going on, I told Jay to keep moving. he point out that she was on the way. I look, I see her messaging away on her phone. I grabbed Jay, pulled him back, I went up to her, tap her in the shoulder and said, Excuse me Ma'am, you gotta move, you are blocking the line. please move or check your phone later. I was pissed.
She said, oh I am so sorry, I didn't realized. I mean she did apologized, but come on. you are so in to that thing, that you don't realized what you are doing or how stupid or dumb you look?, especially when you are not even a .
Now that I'm at it, I am also pissed that I see so many hot men here in the site, men that I want a fling with, but they are so far away

Restless Nights

The last 4 or maybe 5 days I have been going thru some sleeping disorder. my internal clock is off somehow. I am usually a good sleeper. but lately my body wants to stayed up so late in to the morning hours. sometimes I force myself to bed.
But here is the problem. then is 10 0r 11am I'm still in bed, tired not wanting to get up. I waste half of my day.
Last night was a bad restless night, I was in bed with eyes wide open. last time I look at the clock, it was around 4:20 am. don't know when I fall asleep. anyhow. this morning around 8 am or so. my friend Jay was calling. I answer. he wanted to meet for lunch and was telling me about his vacation. then he said, did you just wake up?. I said yeah you woke me up. got up to shower, went to meet him for lunch at noon. now I feel like a zombie. so tired, the lack of sleep is obvious, I even look pale, but if I sleep now. no way I will fall asleep tonight. in case that happens, I picked up advil pm on my way home. I gonna take two of those babies to knock me out.
