Lost hot list? My thoughts.....

I'm curious as to whether or not anyone else lost their entire HOT List? My membership ended and I waited a month or two and renewed. In the past, my list has always remained in tact. So, I'm a bit puzzled. More than that I am also frustrated and pissed off! It's one thing to pay the amount of money they charge but then they can't even keep the site up and running without multiple changes and a boat load of glitches. What's with the web cam broadcast too. You can't enlarge them unless you go full screen. I tried numerous times without any luck. Perhaps if anyone out there knows something I don't, please share it. thanks for listening to me piss and gripe.
