Ground out another day at work

It was a hard fought 12hr shift, problems with the computers dominated my night. I am really glad that it is not my typical work day. I love to work, I am a doer, I hate to be a situation where I am completely dependent on people that are not dependable. The stress really got to me tonight which is not a characteristic of me. I had my shoulders and neck start to ache and burn. When I wake up in a few hours I am going to go for a speed hike, try to get 12 miles in, then hit the hot tub at the gym.

 I am gonna do ham squats.... followed by xtreme ...... spam ... leg curls.... have fun..... stay away from those HOT sweaty dudes!!!
