This poll is for me to see how OLDER WOMEN are viewed these days ...... "Viewed"? They're not sex objects, if that's what you mean? Pursuing older women has always been more of a matter of , "What's available for a man of his current means", [and age]. ......Basically did he do well professionally and financially, or did he mess up, professionally and financially.... or maybe he didn't even try. Those older males [39 and up] who didn't do so well, or didn't try, tend to seek older women, give the older women lots of attention . He wants company, she wants attention. It tends to work out for awhile. When I was younger... women over 50 looked like grandmothers... Some still do today..[Because they didn't take care of themselves]. but today..... TODAY.... wowsers.... Older women are looking hotter than ever.... ... Sure if they work hard giving the necessary care to their bodies to be healthy. And those women tend to be famous [ Entertainers/actresses], but the average 50 plus year old woman you might randomly run into? I would not say, "Wowsers" . WOULD YOU DATE A WOMAN OVER 50?? .... You mean have sex with her? Not since I was 22 - 26. Today, I don't know...mostly because I haven't met any women over 50 that gets me aroused. I tend to date younger women. Yes and no... but it’s about compatibility and not about looks... ever since my divorce in my early 40’s all but a few women I dated were right around 50, more likely to have their lives and shit together than most of the 30-40 something’s I met back in the 90’s/00’s. The right around 50 is still a good age range for me, still likely to be in good shape, active and interested in the present day world around them, generally a good fit. However... once I got to 55 and for the 5 years since, I’m finding that very few women over 55/near my age and especially older are out and about or interested in participating in today’s world, don’t seem to have any interest in or are fit enough for anything but sedentary activities (isn’t that an oxymoron?) and outdated living in the past comfort zones, the 70/80’s were a long time ago, save some occasional historical and personal reminiscing for the sake of my younger friends curiosity, I’m long past and over that. Women currently in their 30-40’s grew up in a different era with different opportunities and mindset, there’s no comparison to those of long ago, and they are far better suited for men like me who don’t concede to age and are as active as they were 30 years ago (music,performing arts, the great outdoors) and interested in what’s new and exciting in the world rather than limiting themselves to living only in the realm of what’s familiar. I have a lot of 30 something friends whose world I’m a part of and really enjoy discovering, contributing to, and being part of what they are making of the world today.

Well, as someone already said, " You silly Kitten. of course I would " ! I'm now 66 and missed out on a great gal back in my 20's, but another chance has come about with her now, and she is now 62, but as open minded, beautiful and sexy as she was back then and am now pursuing it with full steam ahead. I realize this poll was meant with younger guys in mind of dating older women than themselves, so will also comment that I have dated a few older than myself and they were just as sexy as any late teen to early 40 year olds and knew what they wanted and weren't afraid to go for it and get it, SOOOO, yes, yes, yes, definitely would and will again if it again comes around to it.
