I will leave you with two, mentor provided profundities that have served me well over the years. 1) We make room for what's important. Think about it. Applies to any human or organization. 2) Where you sit determines what you see. Think about that one, too, before you dismiss it (or both) out of hand. Applies to any human or organization. Much of what individuals or groups of individuals do, say or influence uses some portion of both sets of those profound words. Rusty's statements are right on. I have practiced these elements my entire life. They have done well for me and those around me.
