Cock Blocking
I'm sure some of you have heard of it. I'm sure to some of you, this has been done to. My question is what do you do and how do you handle the situation of the "cock blocker"
Those of you who have been in cock blocking situations, how have you handled yourself and did you ignore or try to rectify the position you were in. With me I was at a club party. Smartly dressed, turtle neck shirt, black pants, low end black shoes, trying to look sharp. I was sitting at the bar trying to give directions to my boy on the phone. I look around and I see this gorgeous fine red head girl, as in her figure resembled a perfect 8. My mind wasn't on her and I really did not care about hollering, this night was just going to be about me laying back and having a fun night with the boys I wasn't looking to spit game tonight. But I still go over and ask if she knows the directions to the club because I'm bad at giving directions. So she helps me out. I thank her and I turn around to leave but she shoots me with a witty remark on my direction skills, so look back with a smirk and shoot one back myself. One thing leads to another after some great conversation we wind up on the dance floor. Things get heated and sweaty, and all of a sudden she pulls in and kisses me. later that night she invites me to an after party but she has to stop at the bathroom first. As I am about to leave this lady comes out of nowhere and says that I should really mind my own business, the girl I just made out with is her best friend and has a wife and kid and it would be in my best interest to leave now. This woman seriously looks like she is grossed out by me and says its guys like me that keep pissing her off. WOW. I was startled and pissed myself. I am about to leave but then I decide to confront my dance partner. Apparently she has no idea what the hell I am talking about so I point out the girl that just told me she was married. Suprise suprise the lady cockblocking me plays stupid and says she has no idea who I am and has never seen me or my dance partner before in her life. I am so glad I had my boy and my dance partner's friends to hear what this bimbo said to me. Her friends confirm my story and so does my boy. Poor girl, her ass was chewed out on the dance floor. I had to hold my partner back for the aka "bimbo's" safety. Has cockblocking really gone to this level lol. I dunno what to make of this though. We had several theories at the after party. Either she is a crazed lesbian stalker, she gets off on cockblocking or she wanted me for herself. I seriously doubt the last part though. This woman was literally disgusted at my presence, it felt like stabbing me would be the only way to bring a tiny bit of smile to her face. LOL what do ya'll think fam, and I thought crazy people never could beat the ones in my hometown in NY but this is a whole other level?

That sounds like a mystery that will never be solved due to the pure crazy of it. Someone was havin' a need for drama, but sometimes there's just no way to find out why.

My guess - she's one of those habitually miserable people who isn't happy unless everybody else around her is miserable too. The same ones who are single and can't hold onto their significant other for a month, but are quick to give you all sorts of relationship advice, whether or not you asked for it... hell with her.
Well... either that, or she was right, and your dance partner was full of crap lol.

This strategy has never worked for anybody around me, neither for being blocked nor for blocking me.I tend to talk to the people I am interested in and I don't care what X Y and Z have to say about that. Same for friends who try to "keep me from doing stupid things" I am old enough to make up my own mind and anybody trying to keep a guy from me on "my best interest" can be sure to get into a heated discussion with me. Luckily enough I never had too much of that bs. My tolerance of it is really really low anyhow, and nobody wants to see me get unfriendly  . I do not believe in interefearing in other people action, usually it comes back to you at some point and not in a positive way. If somebody asks me for advice,ok. But I don't offer unsoliticed action. Sonja

Hey,my God.I've not had much contact with girls here.The little I've had have resulted in cockblocking.Tbh I never knew that word until I started experiencing it in bars and clubs.Why does a girl need a friend to get her out of a conversation with a guy?

Wow, never seen anything like what you described DK. That's just crazy but I have been out of the club scene for a good while. Looking like I might want to stay out for awhile longer. If I want drama I'll tune into the tv.

When you encounter a crazy woman like that, the best thing to do is not play her game. She's after a reaction. Don't give her one.
Calmly tell her, "Thanks for your input. I'd like to hear it from her, though, so when she tells me she's not interested, then I'll take your word for it." Use the most formal English and delivery you can muster, just to fuck with her head. No matter what B.S. she spouts back after that, just calmly repeat the same thing. Eventually she'll give up and go away, or the original girl will come back from the bathroom and tell her to mind her own business!
This kind of bullshit is all too common, and it's one of the reasons I am often embarrassed for my gender (present company excepted of course.)

I had someone approach me in a club once and tell me she wanted my man. I told her if she thought she could get him, go for it. Five minutes later he was yelling at me to "come get this bitch off me". Lol. Whatever... If you want to go for it, go for it...

My sister has always been my #1 cockblocker and I call her that many times when we go out. In the grand scheme of things... it's always been for my benefit. I have never been blocked by a stranger... that's a new one for me. Hated on yes... but never blocked.
