Anaerobic vs. Aerobic exercise 12/3/2005
I know the difference between the two, but I guess I dont
understand it. I know they both are cardio and most fitness
magazines tell you that lifting weights is a good way of

this is to you guys that got that "not not totaly cut

I recently had a response to an article, that was a bit confusing.
I'm not sure if he was inferring 'I' use(d)
steroids, or that people should, in order to get the body

hardgainers, the workout 11/6/2005
I'm writing this article in response to a couple of
people that asked about 'hard gainers'. By the
way many if not most of the bodybuilders that I know, nearly
always tell me they are 'hard-gainers'. Usually
what this means is, they're not gaining as much or as
